There are certain food items which should not be given to the dogs as they can prove to be harmful. They not only can be a cause for minor digestive problems but can be a cause of death too. Onion and garlic either in the raw, cooked, powdered form is not good for the dogs as it destroys the red blood cells. It can cause anemia, breathing problems and weakness.

Avocado which is (fruits, pit, plants). The fluid of these can accumulate in heart, abdomen, chest, and can be a cause for breathing problems.
Cooked bones can tear the internal organs of a dog; feeding bones can cause injuries to digestive system as well
Raw eggs contain a substance called avidin which reduces the amount of biotin which is a part of vitamin B, which can result in hair loss and skin problems.
Salt if given in large quantities can result in electrolyte imbalance
Feeding dog the large quantities of liver affects muscles and bones as it contains toxic substance.
Grapes and raisins contain some toxic substance which can damage the kidney of a dog.
Macadamia nuts can be harmful for the digestive system, nervous system and muscles of the dog.
One should take proper care of pet. Pets can be a wonderful friend; they want love, affection and care. It is advisable to take your pet to a veterinary doctor for regular checkups and provide the food diet to your dogs as prescribed by the doctor.
